Hello! I’m Angela, Welcome!

Animals have been a part of my life since infancy, with a connection to them I cannot explain. My love and affinity for them transcends lifetimes.

I believe they are magic, and animals are our greatest teachers. When we open our hearts and minds to an alternative way of thinking, believing, and doing, then and only then will we see life through their eyes.

The Holistic Feline is a loving tribute to the greatest love of my life - Monkey Bean, aka Dickle Dean. It is the culmination of turning pain into passion into purpose.

In 2017, I lost my Dickle to small cell intestinal lymphoma, rooted from IBS, rooted from (undiagnosed) chronic intestinal inflammation. She was thirteen.

Her life, our time together, and her ultimate demise catapulted my quest to learn all there was to know about proper feline

(& pet!) nutrition and care. The years since her passing has been an educational journey that has evolved into a wealth of knowledge I am passionate to share with the world. When we know better, we do better.

I simply did not know.

My mission is to break the cycle of the ill-informed, to educate so we all can be better and do better for our pets, and ourselves. I am here to be the missing link in a broken cycle and system. To be a vessel of knowledge, and to be the person to you I wish I had.

Pet health, nutrition, and holistic wellness are at the core of my passion. I am eager to share with you the knowledge, in hopes to improve the lives of our pets, to nurture the animal-human bond, and to make the world a better, kinder, gentler place for every species and race. I yearn to make Monkey proud, and to make a difference in the lives of those I meet, both animal and human.

The Holistic Feline is made with love and gratitude for Dickle’s life, our life together, the lessons she taught, and the Love we share.
